I'll talk a woman in the company.
Before it,I had to talk system of the work.We work orderly.The most important step is usuall acted by the boss.
But one day he had asked one woman to do it insted of him.The other woman had hated this situation.And this staff had made snide remarks that one.(I had not seen it.)
After a few days, first woman revealed her feeling to uswithteas.Of course second one was not here.
I had not known till she told.I want to grow to understand a staff's true intentions.I wish.
